RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not totally obsessed with your By Egreis purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Store credit never expires.

We must receive the return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If received after 30 days, we will reach out to arrange for the product to be returned back to the customer.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are final sale and they are not eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is purchased full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.

Exchanges: We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items deliver to us, based on the availability we have at that time.

Bodysuits may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

Swimwear bottoms and swimsuit sets may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

  1. Submit a return request HERE (order number starts with BYE)

  2. You will receive an email from our team within 2 business days.

  3. For U.S. Orders, you can choose to either use one of our labels ($10) or ship it on your own. The label fee is deducted from the store credit you'll receive from us, once we process your return. International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return. We do not provide a return label for International Orders.

  4. Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process it.

  5. Once we process your return or exchange, you'll receive an email from us.

  6. You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order. It never expires.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please be careful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

If you have a high volume of returns, you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy. The Modified Return Policy entails:
